We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, be approved or get any particular rate or term. Any loan you accept is an agreement between you and the lender, governed by the lender's own terms. We are not your agent and do not give financial, legal or tax advice.

You may use the service only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where your state requires, live in the United States, and can form a binding contract.

You may submit a request only for yourself, using accurate information about yourself. Submitting a request on behalf of someone else without authority is not allowed.

We never charge you a fee to submit a request, view offers or decline offers; we are paid by lenders and partners, as explained in our advertiser disclosure.

If anyone asks you to pay a fee to us, or to pay before receiving a loan, do not pay and contact us. The costs of any loan you accept, such as interest and origination fees, are set by the lender and described in its agreement.

You agree that the information you enter is true, complete and your own, and you authorize us to share it with lenders and partners to find loan options for you.

You also authorize lenders and partners to verify your information and, where they disclose it, to obtain your credit report. Providing false information may be illegal and can lead to a declined application.

By submitting a request, you agree that we, lenders and partners may contact you by phone, text and email about your request, including by automated technology, as described in our privacy policy.

Your consent is not a condition of receiving a loan, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to texts, using unsubscribe links, or emailing [email protected].

Lenders and partners are independent companies, and we are not responsible for their offers, decisions, conduct, websites or the loans they make.

When you leave our site to continue with a lender, that lender's terms and privacy policy apply. Review them before you accept any offer. Questions about a loan account must go to the lender.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, copy it, scrape it, or submit false or automated requests.

All content on this site, including text, graphics and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

The website and its content are provided as is and as available, for general information only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Our guides and calculators give estimates and general explanations. They are not a promise of any rate, payment or outcome, and they may not reflect your situation. Always rely on the disclosures and agreement provided by a lender.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any loan offered or made by a lender.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Pennsylvania law and applicable federal law govern these terms of use, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, for any dispute about the website or our service.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
