When to expect a reply
We answer emails and voicemails within one business day, and most messages sent on a weekday morning get a reply the same day.
Messages received on weekends or federal holidays are answered on the next business day. Letters sent by mail take longer, so use email if your question is time-sensitive. If you have not heard back within one business day, check your spam folder for a reply from our address.
What we can help with
We can help with questions about the request form, how our service works, how lenders in our network use your information, privacy requests and stopping marketing messages.
- Trouble submitting or finishing the request form.
- Questions about how we share your information with lenders.
- Requests to stop calls, texts or emails connected to our service.
- Privacy requests, such as asking what information we hold about you.
- Concerns about how a lender you reached through us treated you.
Many answers are already on our personal loan FAQ and how it works pages.
What we cannot help with
We cannot see or change a lender's decision, rate or account, so questions about an approval, a payment, a balance or a funding date must go to the lender that issued your loan.
We are not a lender and do not hold loan accounts. Your lender's name, phone number and customer service details are listed in your loan agreement and on the emails it sends you. If you are unsure which lender you are working with, email us with the name you used on the request and we will help you find out.
Keep sensitive details out of email
Never send your Social Security number, full bank account number, passwords or ID images by email; we will never ask for them that way, and nobody acting for us will either.
Your name, the email address you used on the request and a short description of the question are enough for us to help. If someone claiming to represent us asks for payment or sensitive data, stop and contact us directly using the details on this page.
